Comfort Suites NW Dallas Near Love Field

I booked 3 nights at this property and I had the best experience while I'm traveling by the US with my family! First of all - service! They called me twice to ask what time I will come to prepare my room. As we are traveling with kids, we booked a non-smoking room, no pets, with a refrigerator and microwave (for me, it was important as I have a 1yo baby). We got this room. It was clean and big enough (2 queen beds, sofa, office table, chair, small bench, TV, closets, bathtub). Everything was very comfortable. When we arrived there was a man and woman who looks non-adequate, or maybe they were under something or drunk, they tried to take a room and the reception man don't allowed them to do this. I liked it because it means that they care who stays in the hotel. Second of all - best breakfast during all 3star hotels ever! There were waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, 2 types of bagels, muffins, pancakes, cream cheese, yogurts, apples, oranges, bananas, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, hot cocoa, delicious coffee, 2 types of juices. Plenty of food! As we usually do not stay during the day in the hotel, just sleep at night, we were very happy with this experience. Thank you!

Everything was decent. The staff was a wonderful, nice housekeeper and Great Breakfast they have bacon. Most hotels have sauages, beds are comfy and clean..

The two ladies that were at the front desk where really sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed visiting with them and they made us feel very welcomed. We were there for our 44th wedding anniversary and just wanted to get away from home for a bit. Your staff was awesome thank you.

Clean rooms. Maintained building. Easy car entrance and exit. Well light parking lot.

The night staff was very nice to me. A pretty black lady and an Indian man. booking.com messed up my reservation and they were still kind towards me. the gentleman helped me bring my bag up the stairs upon my arrival and they were attentive to all my needs.
